New for 2018!
Educational opportunities for provider office staff

In addition to our Medical & Health Symposium clinical sessions, BWC is now offering provider staff educational sessions conducted by BWC experts on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Our sessions’ focus is to share helpful insights with provider office teams about BWC and managed care organization (MCO) processes. Staff members from MCOs will attend and share in the discussions. Colleagues will share operational efficiencies on reporting injuries, proper documentation, best practices in claims management, treatment authorization, additional allowances, and how to avoid coding and billing errors.

In addition, opportunities for sharing issues and challenges in providing excellent service for Ohio’s injured workers are available.  We believe sharing challenges and best practices leads to valuable discussions.

If you have questions, email us at medsymposium@bwc.state.oh.us.

We can't wait to see you in March! Together, we can make a difference in caring for Ohio's injured workers - at home and at work.
