The speaker presents examples of devices and situations where these rules are applied. Further, he discusses the role that a culture, or more specifically, a cultural change can have on safety versus simply communicating the context of the rules. Learning Objectives: Recognize and select the appropriate means to properly lock out and tag out Describe when you are in an arc flash risk situation Identify the impact that creating a safe culture can have on actions Explain how cultural influences affect those who perceive it changing versus those who are introduced to it from the inception
