Truck driver wellness should be a major concern for both employers and employees. Today's trucker is unhealthier than the average American. That is not good news for all of us. There are huge benefits for drivers to achieve/maintain excellent health, and there are many ways to get there. The presenter explores these ideas and provides tips on how to get there.
