Description:
This session covers the benefits of and tips for better health for truckers. Truck driver wellness should be a major concern for both employers and employees. Today's trucker is unhealthier than the average American. That is not good news for all of us. There are huge benefits for drivers to achieve/maintain excellent health, and there are many ways to get there. The presenter explores these ideas and provides tips on how to get there.

Define wellness and explain how it applies to truck drivers
Explain how maintaining/improving health and wellness can increase productivity and overall happiness on and off the job
Discuss ways to improve overall wellness and provide ideas for managing and controlling weight and reversing chronic disease states
