Description:
In a groundbreaking decision, Cleveland Metro Schools administration and seven unions agreed to work together to develop a unified evaluation policy with safety embedded. The parameters and development process were laid out in a memorandum of understanding. In this session, participants learn how this work was accomplished, the process used to develop the rubric-based performance evaluation, and the tools and strategies to replicate the process within your own organization.
