In a groundbreaking process, the Cleveland Metro Schools unions and administration developed a shared, rubric-based, performance appraisal process. Embedded in this process is safety; ultimately creating a safety-focused culture. The presenters describe the appraisal document created and used, the rollout to the non-teaching staff, and tips to define and implement a strategy in your own district.
