Description:
Learn about the methods to improve success with Short Service Employees (SSEs). Focus is given to the challenges of managing SSE’s from a first party prospective as well as in the form of third party contractors. The challenges that SSE’s bring to the workplace are addressed including the differences between newly hired and job transferred employees. Finally, the session brings to light some of the opportunities that an organization has with short service employees.
