Many companies are not aware of whether they need eyewashes or showers, or how often to test and inspect. This session covers the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. The presenter then digs into the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard for the installation, testing, maintenance and even water temperature. OSHA can cite a company for not having the equipment when needed, obstructed access and not inspecting or maintaining it.  Learn what you need to do to install and maintain your equipment.

Learning Objectives:
Identify the types of chemicals and materials that require emergency eyewash/showers
Describe what to do when the equipment is not needed
