These include habits such as not sleeping enough, sitting for extended periods of time, skipping meals and eating unhealthy foods. She discusses how these unhealthy habits affect an individual’s health overtime and the impact they have on work performance. She also provides participants with tips and skills to make healthy lifestyle changes in their identified areas where they need to improve to ensure better health. Learning Objectives: Identify common bad health habits among working professionals Describe the short and long-term consequences of bad health habits Recognize personal areas of needed improvement to ensure sustained and/or improved overall health Explain how to make healthy lifestyle changes to work toward breaking bad health habits
