Description:
Throughout the presentation, the presenter looks at common unhealthy habits among working professionals. These include habits such as not sleeping enough, sitting for extended periods of time, skipping meals and eating unhealthy foods. She discusses how these unhealthy habits affect an individual’s health overtime and the impact they have on work performance. She also provides participants with tips and skills to make healthy lifestyle changes in their identified areas where they need to improve to ensure better health.
