This session is an overview of services BWC provides to Ohio employers. The topics include risk, safety, claims management, rehabilitation, return to work, Destination: Excellence and cost saving programs, grants and incentives. The presenters explain each service or program and other resources available to employers. This session helps employers identify appropriate services and how to access them.

Explain the different roles of BWC risk, safety and claims staff in assisting employers
Identify available BWC cost saving programs and describe participation requirements
Recognize the different types of BWC grants and the incentives and requirements for each
