They’ve made the transition from science fiction to reality and are now used in many jobs to reduce physical stresses on the body and allow workers to work with less fatigue and discomfort. At this workshop, you will learn about types of industrial exoskeletons, the kinds of jobs that they can be used in, and precautions that should be taken when considering exoskeletons. Vendors will demonstrate their exoskeletons. Researchers will discuss the impact of exoskeletons on the body. Users of exoskeletons will share their experiences (good and bad) with exoskeletons.
