Employers who create space for all five generations to bring their authentic selves to the workplace can see increased engagement, productivity, innovation and employee satisfaction. This session examines each generation’s experience and characteristics; explores differences in the workplace; and provides strategies for effective communication, problem solving and respectful interaction to support an inclusive workplace.
