Description:
This session helps attendees understand that actively engaging individuals is the key to achieving safety excellence and defining safety excellence in a new way. The speaker discusses the concepts of active engagement and personal commitment. He suggests opportunities to actively engage workers. He also covers key points such as peer-to-peer interaction and traits of effective safety leaders and crew members.
