Description:
The presenter discusses various injuries that are a result of poor ergonomics, primarily in office settings, and the corrective actions you can take to prevent these injuries from occurring. These actions include proper workspace configuration, exercise and stretching.

Identify workplace settings that may lead to repetitive motion disorders, muscle strain, eye strain and other conditions related to poor ergonomic conditions
Describe the physical hazards associated with incorrect ergonomics
Explain corrective actions to avoid injuries
