Description:
The relationship between host employers and staffing companies can be burdened by communication barriers and issues of responsibility. Safety is paramount and must be shared by both to be culturally sound. In this session, employers and staffing agencies learn perspectives to control questionable practices and receive firsthand knowledge about issues facing temporary employees in the workplace. Host employers will welcome the fresh, innovative ideas discussed.
