Ergonomics is essential to any business. Employers should consider it in the design of every workspace, product or system to ensure a proper and safe fit between a worker and a work environment. The presenter teaches the audience how ergonomics can affect employee safety, injury reduction, overexertion, employee morale, productivity and absenteeism. He discusses the need to implement proper ergonomics in a workplace. This lecture is designed for a general audience.
