If a facility stores extremely hazardous substances in any amount, or other chemicals in quantities greater than 10,000 pounds at any one time, it is subject to EPCRA. The presenter reviews the basics of annual EPCRA reports (Tier II and Toxics Release Inventory) in addition to addressing applicability, deadlines and reporting mechanisms. Learning Objectives: Discuss the purpose and background behind the EPCRA Identify whether my organization should be filing Tier II and/or TRI reports Summarize in a general sense, what is included in Tier II and TRI reports Describe the means and deadlines for filing reports under EPCRA
