This presentation summarizes the results of the Campbell Institute’s project to document the experiences of institute members regarding their journeys to develop and implement leading indicators within their organizations. The specific aim of this research project was to identify the common broad themes and key elements for leading indicator implementation along a Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) model and to summarize each organizational participant’s journey to leading indicators in brief case studies.
