Description:
This session guides employers on the workers’ compensation-related legal aspects of motor vehicle accidents (MVA) occurring in the course and scope of employment. The presenters share how to develop strategies for managing on-the-clock MVA claims. They discuss House Bill 207 and its impact on non-at-fault MVAs and employer premiums. This session is for safety and workers’ compensation professionals who oversee accident investigation and/or policy implementation.
