With busy lives, schedules, kids and work, are you getting the right amount of rest? Nearly 40 percent of adults fall asleep throughout the day without meaning to. This emerging issue has taken its toll on everyone at some point in their lives, but the idea is to stop it from even beginning. Just one week of sleep deprivation alters the response to stress, immunity, inflammation and overall health. In this session, learn the signs and symptoms of sleep deprivation, and if it’s the reality for you or your associates.
