Description:
For many employers, finding drug-free workers is tough. What if an employee tests positive? Does it make more business sense to cut losses and terminate or offer a second chance? Does treatment even work? In this session, employers learn about considerations in writing a second-chance policy. They also discover the three elements of an effective second-chance system that can benefit the employer and the employee.
