Planning for the risks that will occur in small business is critical to success. The presenter discusses the developement of an effective risk management plan that allows a business to identify potential risks. He also describes how to analyze, evaluate and prioritize those risks, select and implement a response to each identified risk, and monitor the progress of the plan.
