Description:
The presenter works through the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s silica standard so the audience can determine their plan of action for complying with the standard. Audience members should be familiar with the tasks their employees are involved with that may result in exposure to silica. The session includes assessing exposure, exposure control plans, training, medical surveillance and communication on the job site.
