Description:

This session provides an overview of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Permitting Program. Specifically, the presenter discusses the construction site storm water, industrial and municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permitting programs. He will help the audience develop an understanding of what activities and facilities are subject to NPDES storm water permitting, basic requirements of such permits and how to obtain a permit if required.
