Specifically, the presenter discusses the construction site storm water, industrial and municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permitting programs. He will help the audience develop an understanding of what activities and facilities are subject to NPDES storm water permitting, basic requirements of such permits and how to obtain a permit if required. Learning Objectives: Describe the basic objectives of the NPDES storm water program Identify regulated activities and facilities subject to NPDES storm water permitting Recognize the basic requirements of a NPDES storm water permit Recall how to obtain a NPDES storm water permit if required
