This session provides persons who oversee the management of hazardous wastes at any commercial or industrial facility with an overview of the new Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule. The rule changes include: reorganizing hazardous waste generator regulations; addressing gaps in the existing regulations to strengthen environmental protection; and providing greater flexibility for hazardous waste generators to manage their hazardous wastes.
