Description:
The speaker discusses behavior assessment strategies when dealing with a determined aggressor. Learn how to assess concerning behavior early so you can deploy the proper strategies and intervention. This is the behavior that most active shooters escalate from. You can accomplish assessment through teams comprised of human resources, management and security/risk professionals. It is important to identify the drivers of the behavior and make a response plan before a crisis. This program is a precursor to the active aggressor session at 2:45 p.m. Thursday.
