Description:
The presenter shares his personal experience with tetraplegic paralysis following a spinal cord injury and his subsequent rehabilitation. He discusses the associated challenges such as the loss of independence and the difficulty in learning how to "get different" as opposed to getting better. Hull shares lessons and concepts he learned as a patient that he otherwise may have ignored as practioner. This session helps the audience realize that the physical aspect of paralysis is often the easy part.
