The previous break will allow those attending to change into comfortable clothing and participate. The presenter recommends bringing water and a mat or towel for padding. This presentation is part three of a three-part session. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe best practices for implementing physical activity programs; 2. Distinguish the different needs of a sedentary population versus a lifting, bending, twisting population; and 3. Identify opportunities for additional resources and ideas.
