Accident and incident investigations are a critical element of any safety program in the education field. However, inadequate training and resources, organizational priorities, resistance from those involved and investigator subjectivity can impede effective investigation programs. This program identifies common liability incident types and how and when to conduct a thorough risk management investigation.
