Who could have predicted that heroin, the scourge of the 50s, would rear its evil head again in the second decade of this century? This session addresses the constant state of flux of drugs and alcohol, the need for everyone to be involved in a solution, and the dynamics of this problem so everyone comprehends the issue. The speakers provide proactive and preventive measures to stop this epidemic in its tracks. We discuss short and long term solutions to address those presently abusing or addicted.
