Healthy sleep is essential to feeling good, performing well and staying healthy. Sleep deprivation can lead to serious safety and health risks, as well as diminished productivity. Employees, safety managers, occupational health and human resource professionals can all benefit from this session. The presenter provides a better understanding of the effects of inadequate sleep hygiene, poor quality sleep and untreated sleep disorders and their connection to work-related accidents.
