Participants will practice basic first aid techniques for injuries commonly seen in the agricultural industry. This presentation is part two of a two-part session. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe considerations for safety of self and others; 2. Identify life threatening emergencies; 3. Summarize immediate lifesaving interventions for traumatic injuries, including tourniquet application and bleeding control; and 4. Demonstrate splinting and bandaging for minor injuries.
