The session includes how Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities partners with businesses to identify qualified candidates for available jobs and how to identify and provide resources that will keep workers with disabilities on the job and decrease turnover. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe the mechanics to hiring and retaining employees with disabilities; and 2. Identify adaptive devices for employees with low vision.
