The presenter educates employers interested in learning about recruiting, hiring and/or maintaining employees with disabilities, including blindness or low vision. The session includes how Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities partners with businesses to identify qualified candidates for available jobs and how to identify and provide resources that will keep workers with disabilities on the job and decrease turnover.
