Numerous marijuana grow operations are located in farm fields and private wooded areas owned by individuals other than the marijuana grower. You can also find these operations on municipal, state and federal land across Ohio. The speaker talks about these grow operations, and what innocent landowners can do to protect themselves from being implicated as the cultivator of marijuana.
