The panel includes a managed care organization's vocational rehabilitation manager, a qualified rehabilitation provider's physical therapist, a third-party administrator's account executive and an employer who shares observations and success stories in using vocational rehabilitation. Learning Objectives: 1. Define the programs available through vocational rehabilitation; 2. Distinguish between programs available for medical only and lost-time claims; 3. Describe the referral process, determination of eligibility and feasibility; and 4. Identify the cost implications of vocational programs for various rating plans.
