Description:

Workplace bullying and harassment includes any inappropriate conduct or comment by a person toward a co-worker that humiliates or intimidates that worker. This session helps you understand your duties as an employer to prevent and address workplace bullying and harassment. This includes developing a policy statement for your workplace, steps to prevent or minimize bullying and harassment, and developing and implementing procedures for reporting incidents or complaints.
