Rob Medlock uses his expertise as a former Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) area director in the Cleveland Office (a position he held for 20 years) to remove the fear and stigma from an OSHA citation and resulting settlement process. He gives his insider's perspective on the top 10 Do's and Don'ts of how to execute an inspection from the side of OSHA and the side of the employer. This is the second in a two-part series focusing on how companies should deal with OSHA.
