Description:

One traffic related death is too many. The comprehensive costs to society are more than $9 million for a loss of life. The Ohio Traffic Safety Office strives to save lives and reduce injuries on Ohio's roadways by raising awareness of traffic safety issues that can affect your company and employees both on and off the job. This group of presenters discuss employer resources that are available to keep employees safe on the road.

1. Describe how employers can use resources like Safe Communities and the Ohio Traffic Safety Office to increase their employees' awareness of safety; and 2. Explain how employers can use their community presence to make an impact on traffic safety and create goodwill and make a "Safer Ohio".
