Since 2012, hundreds of Ohio employers have received Workplace Wellness Grants to implement interventions to improve workers' health. With or without grant funding, implementing an effective wellness program can be rewarding for employees and employers but presents challenges as well, especially for small employers. This session is a panel discussion of real examples of the benefits and challenges of implementing a wellness program and coordinating wellness programs with traditional occupational safety and health programs.

Learning Objectives:
1. Recall at least one example of how to overcome challenges when implementing a wellness program; 2. List at least three free or inexpensive resources for implementing wellness program content; and 3. Identify at least three free resources to help professionals develop a comprehensive strategy to improve worker safety, health and well-being.
