This session highlights Destination: Excellence, a portfolio of seven BWC programs designed to reward employers for keeping their workplace safe and getting injured workers healthy and back to work sooner. The presenters give an overview of the programs, and then delve deeper into the specifics of each program. They explain each program, why you should participate, the size of the incentive and the requirements of the program. Participants hear the experiences of employers who successfully implemented the programs. They can ask BWC experts questions about the programs. This is a repeat of session #626, offered at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

1. Explain the workplace safety, injured worker care and savings programs that BWC offers within its Destination: Excellence portfolio; and 2. Describe why you should enroll, how to enroll and how to earn incentives.
