The millennial generation has a different approach to communications, learning and retention of information than other generations. To help protect these workers we need to address how best to train, educate and re-enforce safety principles for them. During the presentation, the presenter looks at specific training examples and explains how to incorporate the principles into your training program.

1. Describe better training methods for millennials in the workforce; 2. Explain how to incorporate training methods to encompass other generations; and 3. Identify re-enforcement methods for safety training topics.
