To help protect these workers we need to address how best to train, educate and re-enforce safety principles for them. During the presentation, the presenter looks at specific training examples and explains how to incorporate the principles into your training program. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe better training methods for millennials in the workforce; 2. Explain how to incorporate training methods to encompass other generations; and 3. Identify re-enforcement methods for safety training topics.
