Attendees gain an understanding of the prevalence of these conditions and learn how to navigate the Ohio workers' compensation system when a psychological condition is at issue. Learning Objectives: 1. Explain how psychological conditions are diagnosed; 2. Identify when psychological conditions are compensable under Ohio law; 3. Describe how to file for a psychological condition and recognize special situations with medical treatment and compensation; and 4. Recall how BWC initiatives address psychological conditions.
