There's a proven link between levels of employee engagement and employee commitment to safety. Engaged employees are not only safer on the job but will actively help lead a safety culture if you let them. This workshop targets anyone charged with leading safety culture in his or her organization. This includes environmental health and safety, human resources, operations leaders and safety committee members. The presenter imparts real-world skills and tools for building a stronger safety culture in the workplace.



Learning Objectives:
1. Recognize engaged employees in your organization and recruit them as safety champions; 2. Explain how to build levels of employee engagement using proven engagement drivers; 3. Identify how to lead employees differently and appropriately based on their individual levels of engagement; and 4. Discuss ways to reinforce an engagement culture using a proven coaching model.
