He also discusses the elements that can motivate and inspire the student, shares the strategies that teachers can use to control the classroom and considers the long-term effect the teachers sometimes have on the life of their students. Learning Objectives: 1. Discuss the qualities that make good teachers successful; 2. Identify the key components of effectively teaching students with various learning and/or physical disabilities; 3. Explain the elements that can motivate and inspire the student; and 4. Recognize strategies to control the classroom.
