Learn how to identify, analyze and record the steps involved in performing a specific job. Many small steps can be missed when you look at the big picture. This session breaks down job steps, identifies any unsafe practices, and put in place metrics to track. Good job analyses can help you train new employees. Tracking metrics provides trend analysis that can be used to make jobs safer.

1. Identify the hazards associated with job steps; 2. Explain job steps for ease of new hire training; and 3. List and track metrics to obtain trend analysis.
