The presenter gives a full overview of what to do and what to expect when you receive a subpoena. The presenter covers why prosecutors want non law enforcement first responders to testify, what information will likely be sought from them, what is admissible in court and why, how to prepare for testifying and the mechanics of testifying. Learning Objectives: 1. Explain why first responders can be vital witnesses in court; 2. Describe how to prepare for courtroom testimony; 3. Discuss how to provide information effectively in a courtroom setting; and 4. Recall basic court rules for testifying.
