Description:

If you handle chemicals or hazardous waste at your business, you probably must report under one or more environmental programs. No matter the size of your business, you may be required to report. The presenter discuss requirements to report for the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, Toxic Release Inventory, and Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act biennial waste reports. Learn about the background and history as to why these reports are required, where they go, who uses the information and help with completing the forms. The presenters will also include Air Permit reporting if time permits! Come and learn more about what you need to do to comply with environmental reporting.

1. List what reports are required and when; 2. Identify if your facility falls under a specific category for reporting; 3. Discuss with upper management the use and importance of reports; and 4. Explain how to complete the necessary forms at reporting time.
