He teaches participants the different classifications of fire and fire extinguishers, and the proper procedures for using a fire extinguisher. Attendees can extinguish a fire during a hands-on demonstration. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify the different classifications of fires; 2. Distinguish between the different types of fire extinguishers; 3. Explain how to conduct an effective monthly inspection on a fire extinguisher; and 4. Effectively extinguish a fire utilizing a portable fire extinguisher.
