Description:

Although compliance to safety and health standards is necessary in the workplace, that alone is not sufficient toward achieving great safety. Safety is about people and their behaviors. This presentation focuses on the role of leaders to generate engagement of their employees and influence their behaviors resulting in improved safety results.
