Wellness incentive use has changed dramatically over the past few years with new Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations and the evolution of wellness programming. Employers are incenting different activities. This includes a movement to meeting certain health standards. Learn how to use wellness incentives to provide the right motivation for employees to want to be actively involved with your program. You can answer the question, are my company’s workplace wellness incentives rewarding participation or are they a punishment for those who don't choose to participate?
