This session features a discussion of the changing demographics of the food service industry and the United States. The presenters take a broad overlook of the industry and the impact that the five generations in the workforce have on it.



Learning Objectives:
1. Identify the five generations in the workforce and have a base understanding of the driving forces behind each; and 2. Explain the various federal laws that apply to each group, mainly focused on seniors and minors.
